If you would like to earn a non-credit certificate of participation, here are the requirements:

• Let us know that you plan to earn it

• Join and participate in the online discussion group

• Write a brief essay (3-4 pages) or OpEd (700 words) consisting of your policy recommendations for improving/enhancing cities -
