Welcome to the Fall semester at the School of Social Science, Urban Affairs and Public Policy at Northeastern. It promises to be an exciting one, highlighted by activities oriented around the 2008 election. Leading off is our “Open Classroom” series, "Policy Advice to the Next President", led by Robert Culver, CEO of MassDevelopment, and Michael Dukakis, Distinguished Professor of Political Science, former Governor of Massachusetts, and 1988 Democratic Party nominee for president. The series runs 6:00-8:00 p.m. each Wednesday starting September 10, and is free and open to the public. We invite you to learn more about this exciting program.
